Sonic Warm & Cooling Mask

The Sonic Thermo Facial Brush is an advanced device designed for deep facial cleansing and skincare enhancement. The brush employs SmartSonic Pulsation Technology, delivering over 7,500 pulsations per minute through ultra-soft, hygienic silicone touchpoints. This combination effectively clears dirt, oil, and makeup residue from pores, ensuring a thorough cleanse while being gentle on the skin.

Its flexible eye-nose targeted area design specifically targets hard-to-reach areas like around the eyes and nose, making it suitable for all facial contours. For enhanced skincare preparation, the brush offers plated aluminium Pore-Opening Deep Warming Technology on the opposite side, which gently warms the skin to increase absorption of serums and creams.

Contribution

Seung Keun collaborated closely with the industrial design team and design director to develop a refined and cohesive form for the Sonic Thermo Facial Brush, focusing on an elegant silhouette and seamless surfacing. To visually communicate the device's plated aluminium Pore-Opening Deep Warming Technology, Seung Keun conceptualized and integrated a distinct warming massaging surface pattern, enhancing and streamlining both the aesthetic and functional appeal of the design.

A critical aspect of the project was the hygienic silicone touchpoint bristle pattern design, where Seung Keun meticulously crafted a smooth, precise bristle layout using Adobe Illustrator. With attention to curvature and ensuring a streamlined profile free from excess silicone, the bristle pattern was exported as a DWG file for integration into SolidWorks, achieving both technical precision and aesthetic clarity. This design phase helped establish a high-quality, user-friendly interface that balanced functionality with visual appeal.
