Sonic Facial Brush

The Sonic Facial Brush is a compact, multi-functional skincare tool, combining a deep-cleansing facial brush with a rejuvenating facial massager. Designed to support daily skincare routines, the device uses SmartSonic Pulsation Technology to deliver 7,500 pulsations per minute through ultra-soft, hygienic silicone touchpoints, effectively removing dirt, oil, and makeup residue from pores in seconds.

The brush also features a flexible eye-nose targeted area design that targets hard-to-reach areas around the eyes and nose, ensuring comprehensive coverage. To enhance the skincare experience, the device includes a Youthful Glow Massage Technology on the opposite side, allowing users to lift, firm, and tone the skin, achieving a revitalized, youthful appearance with regular use

Contribution

Seung Keun collaborated closely with the industrial design team and design director to develop an elegant and streamlined form for the Sonic Facial Brush, while being cost-effective and compact compared to the Sonic Thermo Facial Brush. Seung Keun conceptualized and integrated Youthful Glow Massage wave-patterned ridges, designed to enhance the user experience by delivering soothing, targeted vibrations during facial massage.

Building on previous design insights, Seung Keun crafted the bristle pattern design using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring a seamless curvature and refined profile without extraneous silicone tips. This pattern was then exported as a DWG file for precise implementation in SolidWorks, achieving both functional integrity and aesthetic clarity in the final product.
