Project: Beauty Tech Products

I contributed to the development of the SmartAppGuided skincare device line, creating 27 app-connected products that brought professional-level treatments into the home. My role spanned from early concept to production, where I designed devices that balanced ergonomic comfort, advanced functionality, and visual consistency across the lineup. In parallel, I contributed to establishing the company’s brand identity and design language, ensuring that each device aligned with consumer needs, market trends, and the broader vision of building a new beauty tech company from the ground up.

Project: Spray Mop

I worked on redesigning a spray mop line with the goal of refreshing its overall appearance and improving production efficiency. I created over 20 detailed concept sketches to explore new design directions that aligned with the client’s vision for a more modern and functional product. During the process, I introduced a transition from blow molding to injection molding for the spray bottle, which allowed for more refined forms and enabled refillable, customizable soap compartments for users.

Project: Intimate Wellness Devices

I worked on a full-cycle design project for a consumer product, starting with research and ending with final CAD and visual presentations. I began by analyzing competitor products and studying how users interacted with similar designs. This helped identify three key problems that made the product hard to use. Based on those findings, I sketched over 20 different ergonomic design ideas to improve comfort and usability. These were well received by the team and helped guide the next steps. I then created CAD models for three final concepts and made over 20 high-quality renderings to support internal presentations and client meetings. These visuals helped align the team and get approvals quickly, even with tight deadlines and changes along the way.

Project: Multiple Vacuums

During my internship at SharkNinja, I contributed to the design of several vacuum product lines. I created over 30 concept sketches across different development stages, helping to explore and refine key design directions. These sketches played a major role in improving prototype approval rates. I also built 4 high-fidelity prototypes using 3D printing, which helped communicate ideas clearly and supported productive discussions with the team. My work focused on improving vent layout, ergonomics, and aesthetics, and especially focused on assitance of optimizing the powerhead design.
