About the Project
The Sonic Facial Brush is a compact skincare device combining daily cleansing and massage functions. High-frequency vibration is delivered through silicone bristles, with a flexible top for improved contour access and a contoured reverse surface for localized massage. The design prioritizes portability, ergonomic comfort, and efficient manufacturing.

Created high-density bristle pattern aligned to complex surface curvature for visual precision and cleaning performance
Translated Illustrator bristle design into DWG format for seamless integration into SolidWorks CAD
Maintaining consistent bristle alignment while following complex surface curvature
Designing wave ridge geometry that delivers effective localized massage without adding cost
Achieving a visually minimal form that accommodates internal components and tooling constraints
