Project Overview
Project Goal
Design a body cleansing device integrating daily cleansing and targeted exfoliation functions in a compact, ergonomic form. Ensure reachability, adaptability, and manufacturability.
About the Project
The Sonic Full Body Brush & Intensive Exfoliator features soft silicone bristles on one side and a textured exfoliating surface on the reverse. A detachable telescopic handle extends reach for hard-to-access areas while maintaining a compact footprint.
Contribution and Key Challenges
Designed telescopic handle with hanging hole to improve accessibility and storage
Engineered magnetic handle connection for both security and ease of removal
Collaborated with manufacturer on safe, comfortable exfoliation surface material
Introduced anodized finishing to match main color palette and reinforce brand identity
Providing extended reach without increasing storage footprint
Maintaining secure handle connection that remains easy to detach
Achieving effective exfoliation while ensuring user safety
Aligning visual design with existing product line CMF
