Design a compact facial and body roller integrating high-frequency vibration for consistent massage performance. Ensure ergonomic comfort, effective skin contact, and manufacturable construction.

About the Project

The Sonic Facial & Body Roller delivers over 14,000 vibrations per minute through dual rotating spheres with a textured wave pattern. The design optimizes skin contact across facial and body contours, balancing ergonomic handling, technical integration, and production efficiency

  • Led handle redesign to correct curved parting line that caused silicone loosening

  • Integrated a fully wrapped silicone handle extending to spheres for durability and grip

  • Refined sphere contour and texture for consistent contact and comfortable gliding

  • Tuned rotation behavior for controlled, even sensation across different body areas
